I believe the set up is the k24 bottom and k20 head..

k20 has a higher redline and vtec kicks in faster. Doesn't matter, 4 cyl hondas don't have tq. true story. k24 has more stock than a k20.

I dont know why a k24 would be easier... I mean the k24 makes more power but in most cars doing a k24 swap hurts you for space. A guy on his EP3 did the swat and a s/c and had to dent the underside of his hood a little to make room for the blower.

Just because you put a K20 head on there doesn't mean you can rev higher. Bottom end can't take the high revs nooblet.

i was talking about the k20 engine in general. not with the k20 and k24 together.

Haha. I've put too much into this one. It's got quite a bit of work done. And after boosting this summer I should be able to beat most of the Evo's out there. But obviously, someone who has put the same into an Evo as I have when I finish the RSX would obviously beat me. But anytime you start with a better platform that is how it goes.

And I think the Evo's are unnatractive...

All the K24's have a lower compression ratio. The Accord motors from what I have heard aren't that great.

They aren't awful or anything. I just dont want anything w/ the chrome lip and the 5zigens are lighter and the time attacks just look amazing. I kinda wanna sell 'em on here but that rims section is ridiculous. Like pages of rims all w/ posts in like the last 24hrs...

yeah, it does move pretty quickly. you gotta stay on top of things!

...it's both a blessing and a curse, lots of folks look at the rim section - probably more-so than the specific "parts" section of the forum.

K20 is pretty good too. Torque just helps you spin.
