I haven't traded cars since they made that rule until my current one but I have had it 2 weeks and haven't got a tag yet because I have to go to harris county now and haven't had time off to do it yet.
I'm going to give a time line of the cars I've had and how I got them cause im bored
92 chrysler lhs - POS junked
88 ef hatch - wrecked, put back together and sold
94 eg sedan - mini me swapped it, raced it started knocking and sold it
88 ef hatch - everyone knows this one. Traded for a bike.
05 cbr600 - fun but found out I had a daughter on the way traded.
98 jdm front teg - traded the bike for this to make a quick sale. Sold it
96 midori ek hatch - bought same night I sold the teg. Traded
91 ef hatch - loved this car. traded to get into something else quickly
94 integra gsr - mint leather interior. Sold it to get my "dream car"
93 rhd eg - miss this one just cause of the looks and compliments. Needed too much work that I didnt have time for. Plus I was tired of being slow.Traded
92 eg hatch - current. Type r swapped, fresh paint, clean stock interior, clean bay. Needs a little work but nothing like the rhd.
Oh and I'll count the wifes too.
Ek hatch - got for free. Motor was locked up sold for 1600
Saturn - totaled got insurance money
95 teg- did some work to it then sold it for a sedan
93 eg sedan - ls swapped with ac clean sold it

I lost count im not gonna try and figure out the timeline i had. I had my 1st bike and truck right at a year now and 2nd bike about 6 months but looking to get rid of the ram and get a f250...nothing like doing a intake, downpipe/exhaust and chip making 600+hp and 900+ torque for 1500 bucks. I use to do all that trading when i was young but after getting a new vehicle i wont ever buy some old shit again that needs work or upgrades unless im flipping it. Trying to get my wife out here car but she wont sell it for the world she will only trade it for a s13 silvia front 240 coupe or a rsx type s.
i think she beat us all though had the hatch for 7 years lol
finally got rid of the dodge fart! got my hands on a pretty clean del sol. ill have pics up soon
also, where can i go to buy some jdm exterior or interior parts for the sol? its been a while so i forgot

1: 93 mazda b2200...ran hot and lock motor up
2: 92 civic hatch b16 turbo...blew first motor up, put in another b16 then totaled it
3: 94 del sol shell...took motor out the hatch and put in here then traded it
4: 90 integra rs with b18c1 swap...totaled
5: 01 toyota tacoma...work horse eventually sold
6: 95 integra rs shell...took motor out the other integra and installed into here..this car saw about 4 swaps before i traded it off
7: 01 integra ls...bought car to strip and build the 95 then crushed it
8: 98 civic hatch shell...this shell saw 6 different swaps then wrecked it and sold it

haha i wanted a 06-07 ram 2500 cummins but i couldnt see spending 30k on something that old with miles of 150-220k ish...i hated chevy and gmc's duramax's and ford's look 2nd best and are the most reliable in the diesel world and parts are cheaper so i went with mine. My brother in law got a duramax and has had it 2 months and its left him on the side of the road once already.

hey does anyone have any info on the rcautoworks shift linkages (no slop). i was thinking about buying them cuz i think my linkages are cut and extended for the b20 on the sol.
Never heard of em. Doesn't mean they're not good though. if they are expensive I would find a stock shift linkage and get some energy suspension bushings and a b&m shifter and your set. Check hmotorsonline.com. if you email them they'll get back with you quick.
ben bought oem shift linkages and energy bushings for his sol bc he had the same problem. . . linkages were about 150.

well they're 125 with core, my linkages arent cut but they have polyurathane bushings and still feels all sloppy so i was thinking about trying these. also, im in dire need of a proportioning valve, i have a 4040 on it now so i would like to keep it that way, if anyone has one please let me know. mine leaks about all the fluid out when i come home from town
well i found out my linkages arent cut but they do have urathane bushings and a skunk2 dual bend short throw, but the no slop linkages are 126 i think?
