Balad is a nice place to fight a war from. Spent 4 months there as a mech attached to an aircraft recovery team back in 03 (that was before the BurgerKing and Popeye's opened up there) - but we did have a Subway. awwwwwh yeeeeeaah.

The whole thing's pretty effin sweet. It was so awesome doin our solo jump...no instructors...was the longest jump ever.

Actually he wasnt that mad, he laughed because he said technically noone beat him, but if he would have lost to the k.... he had that motor for 1 1/2 years or two if Im not mistaking. So hes got more then a half season out of it.

lol, Ya blew the turbo sky high on the 2nd run. It was fun. 1st run ran a 14.3 spinning all through 2nd and then a lil in 3rd. Trapped a 101mph. Had the trap speed for 13s but didnt have the turbo do it. lol The turbo that I got was a shitty build. Im pretty sure the shaft broke, but that will be determined today when I get home and take it off. But hey it was fun while it lasted, better then a motor. ha

i think sean is just referring to the fact that he was only able to race half the season before his car went...not how long the motor lasted. lol.

I watched the car pull up to the line at importshowdown last year smoking like a motherfucker my girlfriend said damn he isnt about to make a pass is he? His car is smoking like a motherfucker. I litterally talked to him about him rebuilding it. He said at that time it had last for like 100 passes and was time for a rebuild. Ive been working on my setup since august....your telling me my shit has been being worked on for 1 1/2-2years UMMM NO this time last year me and tanger was busting 400whp cars asses on a regualr basis with my d series.

ah yes, five mike gulf, kingair B90. pretty solid aircraft - I did an 8130 and IFR Cert on that one about a year ago, i noticed that it's date of manufacture was in 68 if i remember correctly.

not too many folks operate these for air jump operations since they're a bit more expensive to operate. Upside is that they can climb to altitude a lot faster than traditional jump planes.

Yeah, it only takes us a few mins to get up to altitude. Pretty fast. That's why we drive a lil over an hour away to the DZ we go to instead of goin to Opelika, where they use a Cessna I think, that takes like, 10 mins to get up, and only goes to 10k ft instead of the 14k we jump from.

As far as riding Scottys dick (no) I trust him, as long as ive known of cars and been working with Mainstream thats why I go to him. And as far as the 10sec. Resume, not everyone builds a 10 sec car everyday for race purposes. Hes also done more then one 10 sec car. And please name all the 10 sec Hondas in the southeast that run in the Southeast.
