The only way these work out is this.
Get 3 people - plan the meet. Then post the thread. That thread is THE meet. No arguing over dates - times - none of that. If u can't make it - too bad, maybe next time. You can't make every1 happy.
^^ I start on the 11th. ;)
Awesome :) GL with the whole thing :)
Thanx - maybe I'll get to meet you and your family if yall don't decide to move.
We're not movin any time soon. Just to a diff place in Columbus. Prob move to Maryland for a while once he gets outta the army. It'll be a nice change, cept for the ridiculously cold weather, which I'm slowly getting accustomed to...
I'm having a really hard time gettin the motivation to get outta the house today...and I need to get some things done... UGH
maryland isnt too too bad in the winter. it IS colder but its also alot nicer during the other three seasons. :goodjob:
I'd rather be in Columbus than Maryland (traffic / crime).
true. i lived in alexandria va for a year and it definitely is an entirely different lifestyle.
Yeah, Maryland's cold in the winter, but it's really nice in the summer.
A picnic! That'd be so great :) Picnic, let the kids play on the playground, throw a football around...:D
Because the goons might get hurt out there lol.
Does this sound like a blown head gasket?
Car idles extremely high at start up around 3k
then jumps non stop from 1-2.5k
also constantly runs out of water it has a leak somewhere. Today i noticed all of this after not driving it all weekend. My dad put antifreeze in it and it no joke all just poured out somewhere.(maybe its a plug or something) but i dont know where my dad said not under the radiator or anything.
What does this sound like? maybe im wrong and it could just be two problems one with the iacv and the coolant.
Problems all started after i was jumping someone off and letting it sit for a long time without turning the fan on and before i noticed it was smoking :(
I guess ill keep driving it till it dies
well i mean i dont know what the problem is
vacuum leak or iacv is causing the reving prob. the radiator fluid is exactly what you stated, it leaking. if its that massive, a hose may have blown. lol.
pm paul, im sure you can pay him to diagnose the prob. hes not working right now bc he just had his wrist put back together.
When you say the coolant leaked out. Where did it go? On the ground or what?
I'm apartment hunting :(

People keep voting for Toxxics and her is not even painted all the wAY! Shes a chick thats what it is. LOL
HELP A BRO OUT! Its MY FIRST POLL! :)
wait till everything is dry, then pour coolant in. watch where it starts leaking from. and be sure NOT to use just water like some people....its geting so cold outside you don't want it freezing
and the vacuum leak, how long has it been doin that and are you able to drive it at all? does it stop when you drive it or cause you not to be able to drive it. have you done any work on your car recently?
Congrats on the weight loss Paul, I have some catching up to do!! I have only lost about 10lbs.
Baby J where did you end up deciding to live?
James, I will vote for you and how is the recruiter thing going?
Damn Brooks, with a head like you have that's all you weigh, haha...plan something for June....
I have not been on because I had to jump on a Blackhawk (as captured in my sig) and fly to another Foward Operating Base (FOB), evaluate their shops and then try to coordinate for my arrival for doing my bi-annual purging of their equipment. Had my own helicopter, I'm kind of a big deal out here, LOL. Other than that, I hope to be home tonight. Hope everyone is doing good, and I hope for a safe return back to my FOB.
Paul, it's not yo mama's house? Haha.....
lol @ ek
Hahahahh Bruce. You're soo funny. Hope all is well over there. The cookout will probably be before then but we can have another one too when you get back.
Anyone got any tips to get an iacv off? i swear im not that weak and i cant even budge the shit?
maybe its because im using a wrench, but i cant get a socket in there because no room.
i would fix the coolant leak first. if the coolant is runnin out that fast then iac willnot work correctly anyways. fix the leak then diag the idle problem
