    Odd you should ask this as there has been an unusual law that was just enacted that is retroactive to January 1, 2010 that prohibits Hondas inside the Spalding County limits. Later, QD.

    If you have seen some of the Hondas in Spalding County, you would think that they should make this law you speak of, Mike.
