Before I draw all of this out, I thought I would get some feedback on the layout. THIS IS JUST A GENERAL LAYOUT - still need to actually draw a DA (probably scanning in the image from a service manual and then making it look more cartoonish) and find a decent font. I would do both versions so that you could put them on your quarter windows and have the car facing the same direction as your car.... like this:

I was playing with fonts (downloaded close to a hundred). I need to know which one looks best. I'm still not sure how I'm going to do the IA part - may end up being part of the picure. Pick a number (I know the size needs to be adjusted - don't base your decision on that):
