    i went to apple to switch out my iphone today and they gave me a brand new one. still plastic on it and everything.

    Got pictures of the box ? Showing the serial #... Just weird that you recieved a brand new 8 gig Iphone 4... Those are mostly refurbs... Sorry, not trying to be an ass.. Just like straight legit stuff...
