the no making noise when a text is recieved - i'm ALMOST positive that has to do with the data plan and not having a proper data subsription service. mine did that until i called t-mobile and had them fix it. its really weird.

but anyway. damn good price for an 08. my sidekick 3 went for more than that on ebay!
