condition 8 out of 10 a few VERY minor scratches on screen 4 max, the silver metal back is scratched and pitted from where I hold it in my hand, but it doesnt look bad
I take care of my stuff and for having this phone nearly 2 years and never using a case on it is in great shape I will get pics up soon.
