    Update...

    I haven't sold the phone yet because I was testing something on it. For some reason, some of the times when you make or receive a call...you can't hear the person and they can't hear you. This is doing it about 50% of the time. I just reset the phone completely and tried it and it is doing it now. It is still pretty new and should be under warranty. So if anyone wants it, you can get it for $80.
