    unlocked/jailbroke 3G 3.0 frimware will sell for $450 on Ebay all day long. I just sold my 2G/3.0 for $250.

    What case is that? Is it plastic or rubber? I need that for my new 3GS!

    its a hard case but it feels rubber ish it fits with 3gs

    man WORSE seller, he already agree to sell it for 370 to me with no case now, he take his words back and now i guess he trying to sell to someone for 400. EVERYONE DROP his PRICE he WILL LOWER IT DON't GET IT FOR THAT PRICE!

    Contract doesn't matter much with AT&T unless you jailbreak the phone for use on T-mobile or something.

    All the iPhone plans cost the same whether you are on contract or not, so there isn't any effective disadvantage to being under contract until AT&T loses iPhone exclusivity.

    well i'm not using a iphone plan so its cheaper, and i don't have contract so thats a plus for me. well iphone with no contract and jailbreak with unlock for 360 thats not bad. pay alil more and save on the damn iphone plan is a pretty good deal long terms.
