thanks for the replies. so far its been flawless, i bought it up at red top auto auction and i was kind of nervous about it, but it's been awesome.

the paint is slightly faded on the roof (you can see it in the pic kind of) but everything else is fine.

anyone else have an accord i wanna see pics

i hate accords, had a lot of good times with my old one but the tranny was so weak on it and thing fell apart on me.

wheels on the car are not too hot either

    ALTHOUGH
very nice and well kept interior, i had the exact same model, year, and color as what you had

i appreciate criticism too I guess i have a different taste in wheels than most people but i really like these wheels, not so much at first but they grew on me.

the back seats look like no one has ever ridden back there. interior is real nice i bought some leather conditioner stuff at autozone and it made it like new

i wont be as harsh on the wheels as i already made my case

but as a first mod i would give it a good 2 inch drop or so
that will get rid of the 4x4 effect

definitely get rid of those rims. your car still looks like a 4x4 even with the photochop. what size are they? also, i think there is a S/C for that particular accord so i'd get on that soon! too bad 7th gens have none whatsoever.

they are 18" niche rims, i didnt like them at first but now i think theyre going to stay for a while. I actually bought this car because of how clean the engine and interior is.

i've read about blacking out the stock lights, but when i heat them up to open them, how do i get them back together?

You re-heat them to get them sticky again and mash them together... Read on Nittanys thread in the Honda Forum... I dont know if he ever finished but it should give you a step by step....

Don't re-use the same silicone. Just go out and buy some all-weather silicone and put it around the edge of the headlights and then MASH them. Hold them together for a few minutes with as much force as possible

O and make sure it's clear silicone too

quick question for you guys, I really am crunched for cash and i ran accross these on ebay

    http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/98-02...63174489QQrdZ1

    why are they so cheap?

and what about the cold air intakes i see on ebay?

I got $140 to spend on the car

    what about these too
    http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/DEPO-...61153509QQrdZ1

Not trying to go all out with the cheap ebay shit i'm just wondering what to buy and what to stay away from because these prices are way too cheap even with the high shipping charges

Do not, I repeat do not buy coilovers on ebay... if you continue to buy these "coilovers" then you will run into future damage to your car and prob cause more money to repair it.. so if your going to drop your car then do it the right way and buy NAME BRAND PARTS!!! and dont rice the car out by putting crome headlights.... black that shit out!!!!!!!!!!

Get some COILOVERS not lowering springs, not those ground control coilovers, but some tein, d2, etc. I messed up and bought some lowering springs, and once I buy the struts it will be around the same price as some tein basics. And go to the forums on http://www.v6performance.net/forums/...splay.php?f=18 you will learn a lot about the good and the bad of the 6th gen.

i have a $400 budget for this car right now.

so far, i've just cleaned it up and i painted the windshield wiper arms black and calipers because they were faded and didnt look good

any more ideas, i was thinking about taking it to get the windows tinted tomorrow and putting in an aftermarket cd player
