damn dude that sucks ass I know what that shit feels like thats how i lost my accord...but from things like that come LIGHT. Get a good lawyer...go to the doctor and physical therapy and get the money back. I got a clean $8000 out of my accord when they totaled it out and $5000 in court(settled between lawyers so i never saw court) and slow down lol...Im a hypocrit(sp)
