I don't use photoshop to create stuff as much as I do to enhance and slightly alter things. Heres some (not very recent or good) examples:
black and white stuff
this one I just slightly added to the blur
this one is actually a combination of 3 pictures I took with 3 differnt settings and one with the flash on, to get the car to look like I wanted it to.
selective color used here.
I used to play with it a lot, but I liked to use it to make my semi-decent pictures come out better than they should have been.
