LEXUS GEARS UP FOR MOTOR SHOW
Lexus is preparing to unveil its luxury flagship LS460, and a show-stopping chrome IS250, at this year's Australian International Motor Show.
The new flagship of the luxury Lexus marque is the most highly specified luxury sedan ever built by Lexus.
LS460 is the fourth generation of the LS400 series and is a completely new vehicle.
It will employ sophisticated electronically controlled air suspension linked with world-class vehicle safety controls including intuitive braking and the advanced Pre-Collision System.
The stunning concept chrome IS250 is the first and only Lexus of its kind in the world.
The chrome design is the brainchild of the Lexus After Sales Division. It has been in production for several months.
In addition to the chrome paintwork, the IS250 has been fitted with a new Lexus body kit - consisting of front lower spoiler, side skirts, rear lower skirt and a boot spoiler - which Lexus plans to introduce as a genuine Lexus Accessory late in 2006.
In addition to the LS460 and IS250, the Lexus stand will feature the highly successful Lexus Hybrid range - RX400h and GS450h.
