I wish I could fit 20s on the Mazdawg, cant do it and body drop it though, I would rather have the body drop and go with 18s. S10s can be body dropped on 22s if you know what your doing though and that is total hawtness.

nope... your wrong man.. you can do it on 20s quite easiely.. i set up my shell for 21's all the way around... and as long as its not a huge b/d, you can put 22's in the back... (2.5 bodydrop lays the rockers on the ground hard..

Im going for a 3.5 body drop though and 2.5 chop top, Im gonna trim the rockers a little so I can get that much lower.
there are 2 ways to body drop a tuck, i wont go into detal cuz it would take all night..
traditional b/d is when yoou cut the floor of the cab/bed at the corners, and let the cab/bed slide down a certain ammount, then weld the floor back in the said amount of your bodydrop.. usually around 2.5-3.5 inches...
your result is the cab and bed (the whole body) apear lower than it is from the factory, usually the body lays on the ground..
stock floor b/d is when you build a whole new frame from the firewall back, that is smaller in height than the stock frame, so the body sits on the ground without cutting the floors out...

My wife says I can do whatever I want to the truck as long as it has A/C. Ive got a real challenge on my hands with that one.

Haha. Right now I am takin everything I don't need out and movin everything off my fender wells so I can cut them out and in the process of takin my a/c out. I just gotta find out how to get the a/c hoses outta the firewall.
I dont want anything I dont need but shes paying for everything so I guess the A/C will have to stay, you know how women are about their A/C, rollin down the windows isnt good enough.

true. you wouldn't happen to know how to get the a/c hose outta the firewall would ya? Whenever I took a/c off my integra I just cut the hoses but I don't want to do that to my truck

you un-hook them from the back of the engine,... and connect them to themselves.. so it goes out of the engine, then right back in.. BUT.. you wont have heat then!

No I bought my truck while Im here in Iraq and I havent got a chance to tear it down yet, all Ive done is start ordering the parts, the last truck I built was an S10 and thats a whole different ballpark.

I have a bagged truck for sale, its a 1996 chevy s10 ext cab full show it has been stock floor bodydroped the frame has been custom built from the firewall back 20 in boyd coddigton harms with 245/35 tires it has full sheetmetal dash, fiberglass door panels,custom speaker boxes all painted to match truck BAD sterring wheel.summit 355 crate motor all billet acc. cam, pete jackson gear drive, headers. truck sounds awesome!!! turbo 350 tranny.the bed floor and bed walls have ben all smoothed out and painted. firestone airbags at all four corners 3/8 vavles and 1/2 airline engine driven air comp.the truck has been completely shaved suiced doors,sliding rag,ss mirrors,2002 ford ranger edge bumper moulded up front 98 grille and headlight swap,wheel tubs front and rear,autometer gauges,fuel cell.the truck is ultra blue pearl with pollished silver tribal airbrushed down the sides.and much more too much to list...lots of hours in this truck. the truck has been featured in mini truckin in aug 04 and was cover for street source mag last month and has also been shot for sport truck and minitruckin once again those features should be coming out soon,,
