    he had his s2k there and we was ready to drift. yea, tracy said something about insurance policy or whatever. but today wasnt that bad as for drifting. the last event that batlgrounds did was decent. but im tired of see the rodeo shit. not against anyone but thats not drifting. lol. still great day at nopi.

    I went as a vendor, didn't pay a dime for anything all weekend, had a good time, saw a lot of shitty cars, some nice cars, and a few sick ass cars.. saw a lot of skanks, some cute girls, and a few hot ones. Got about 350 good photos including some good shots of the BATLGROUND crew going off that I'll put up later. For me it was a great time because it was all free but if I were a spectator I wouldn't have enjoyed it as much except for the drifting and the bikini contest. Attendance was WAY down this year, to my eyes. I've been to NOPI in 03, 05 and 06 and I would say that 03 was the biggest I've seen, 05 was also pretty big and 06 was a lot smaller. I hope they fix it up because it COULD be the greatest weekend for car enthusiasts in the world, if it was done right.

    For those that hate the car show judging, I saw the FUNNIEST shit. Two judges going around doing their thing - an old guy and a woman, they both looked to be in their mid 50s. The guy had a big ass mullet and he didn't even look at the cars, he just sat on the golf cart. The woman looked like every stereotype about the trailer park you can think of. Fat, leather face, ultra white blonde hair, Camel Light sticking out of the corner of her mouth, I shit you not. What do people like that know about sport compact car show judging? Nothing. They didn't even look like they wanted to be there, to be honest. That's the stuff that NOPI needs to fix if they want their show to not die.
