    looks wise it doesnt compete w/ any of the aformentioned....looks like a mazda 5 or whatever they call them 4 dr wagons

    2.0Turbo pushing 265hp/258lb-ft stock sounds great for a small car like this (0-62 in 5.7 secs isn't bad at all) Not bad. Very nice.

    why not the V8???

    i thought A4 and S3 are based off the same architecture, like Jetta and Golf?

    no V8 FTL, im guessing mid to low 14's in the 1/4? V8 woulda easily been low 13's.

    How do you think you can shoe horn a V8 in an A3 chassis which is nothing in comparison to the A4....

    You got it all wrong. A3 chassis is same as the VW GTi. The A4 chassis is the same as the Passat.

    Maybe your thinking of the RS4?
