    CB7's only or CD5's Accords are lighter than a prelude .If you want Torque, boost the F22, it makes more whp & Tq than a stock H22. I actually heard the K20 swaps were in the same price range as the H22 but, I . Also the H22 swap is easier in the CB7's.
