It is coming along pretty good. I remember that car and to see where it is now is quite a long road. I'm in the process of building both our R33GTR's right now so I know better than probably anyone else here how long it takes to get parts and certain things done for the cars if you want the right stuff. Don't worry about every ragging you about making it look like a GTR, how many people put Silvia badges on 240's, or do motor swaps on lesser Civics. Its no different, make the car something you can enjoy driving because 99% of the car people won't ever know until you open the hood that its not a GTR. If you really want it to look like a GTR make sure you use the same size front and rear tires, its a dead give away other wise. Good luck with it.
