A gift from my Dad

HELL yeah...1990 Mazda Miata MX-5. The car is practicly stock. It has a new motor(around 100k) and tramission,TEIN springs,seat-belt harnesses,hard top roof and soft roof(if thats what you call it),exedy racing clutch,AEM sri and new paint job(i didnt pick the color)...This car is really fun to drive...i like it

get rid of the crappy style bars and get a real rollbar.

BTW that is not practicly stock, that is a good bit done to the car, suspension is the best bang you can do to the miata.

But like the above statement.... ditch the style bar.. it wont do crap in a roll over, trust me. Also, dont use the harnesses... if you were wearing those and got into a moderate/serious accident.. they will hurt you.

The color is Mariner Blue and is a slightly more desired color over the other colors for that year.

Keep the car clean.... dont take half the peoples advice on this board... they only know how to 'show out' a car...

ditch the style bars and go hard dog, id ditch the wheels too. Beatrush also makes a nice rear upper bar that makes a noticable difference. Enjoy the new ride man, miatas are fun.

Swap the style bar for a real rollbar. For the full polished look, I'd go with the Hard Dog.

Also, ditch the harnesses until you get a proper seat and harness bar. If you get into a forward collision with those harnesses wrapped around like that, you'll slide out right between them and seriously hurt yourself.

I agree with you wholeheartedly on the Varsity points. The burnouts, wannabe drifters, and other idiots do ruin it for us and the car scene.

I just find it hard to take anything as a joke from you since you gave me sh*t for like three pages when I posted up buying the Yaris. A simple joke is one thing and I can take that, but I dunno, I'm not gonna jack dude's thread over it.

This is my last post, at first I was like...a "young guy should not drive that" so I gave you heck for buying it, and then after that I was giving you a hard time about it, I could care less what anyone drives anymore!
