    yeah.. they are functional though. Mugen wind tunnel tests everything. I also notice a lot of Drag because my bumper gets mad durty when i drive it fast (right after washing it durt settles on the top)

    ??? unless that accord is topping 200+ mph, that lip won't do anything except for looks...
