    Wow...yeah they really don't have a clue....never thought this site was so negative...I actually use to like it......so sorry......and it's quite not that easy to get this one to pass emissions...

    i dont understand why it wouldnt be....get a po box, register your car, get your tag. Same shit you pay where you live at and voila, no emissions needed

    yeah, the reason you need a po box is so that you can bill sent there and have proof of residence. i live in lawrencevilel but my old hatch is still reistered inbarrow. lower taxes too...not that that matters tho

    i would go to a model specific forum for info. because you will learn more and not get flamed if you ask a stupid question.
