How much boost were you pushing? im sure once you get the intercooler you can up the boost a few psi and squeeze some more out of the turbo. Is the stage 3 upgrade a single or twin turbo setup??

IIRC, I was ~19psi and when I get some IC's, I'll dial it up to ~25psi tapering to ~21 redline.

Out of the box, the S4 is a biturbo coming with twin k03's that are very prone to failure. Currently, I have twin K04's which I plan on eventually modding to K04/RS6 hybrids. The only problem is that the turbo upgrade is a b!tch taking ~25 hours and dropping the engine.
