My first car was ALMOST a '95 Celica GT 5-speed..

But I got a 2000 GT auto instead.

Got in a fight with a tree..I lost pretty badly.

DAMN that looks good though!

Personally, I love the color, but I hate the TRD stock kit, and that hood is kind of gross..it's like...inward scoop + outward scoop...

Cheap-looking rims too. I see a shift light too.

The color is the only thing that keeps me from calling is 100% rice.

That's my opinion, having owned a 7th gen before.

understandable i guess...i mean he basically bought it that way except for the hood, rims came with the car from the previous owner...he doesnt even use the shift light.....i love love that car in person it looks alot better....he's going to be powder coating the rims black soon along with dropping it more .....i guess to each his own

Johnny, that really is one SEXY looking Celica!

The ONLY thing I dislike are the tail-lights, but everything else looks great!!

I swear, if the newer generation Celica's were RWD and had a better motor to work with, as far as mods are concerned...then....well, you get the idea. They'd be pimp!

I would love one of the 6th gen GT-Four's...they didn't make the All-Trac/GT-Four 6th gens here did they? Only 5th gen, like the one in your signature, right, EKnight?

i dont really like that black celica all that much.....i mean i like the body, but the rims dont match the car and the wing just looks bad on it, doesnt flow with the car at all

Once I sell my RX-7 I'll be starting the project immediately.

First, I want to buy myself a 5-speed '95ish Celica GT. I am assuming the platform for the 3SGTE swap is the same between the 95-99's? I need to do research.

What about the AWD conversion though? Where would I even get the parts, and how much would they cost?

Well, there was also the 4th gen, 190hp 190ftlbs

The swap itself isn't too bad, but to do a full on AWD swap, ive heard from other boards that people just go broke on it!! haha
I would think it would be better to import one and say its a race/show car! Would probably be cheaper in the long run!

Now THAT pic does look nice as hell. I actually like that front-bumper on that 5th gen ALOT. :]

A well done 6th gen just looks so much better than the 5th gen's IMO, though..

UGH, why couldn't then have made 6th gen GT-Four's here?!?!

My friend was telling me to also do a 5th gen GT-Four, like yours. No offense TO them, I just like the 6th gen body style...it was almost my 1st car, like I had said earlier, and that video you posted or whatever.... grrr...I want!
