clean engine bay, + more bolt ons, + aftermarket steering wheel, shifter, nice mesh type wheels, and gettin rid of that ricey ass muffler, will give you an almost ok car

that's not a hard swap with the 240's, it's rather easy in fact. but in all fairness, the car is in california, and the smog nazis do tend to impound cars with SR swaps and such. but then again there are smog legal turbo setups out there for the KA so the car still sucks.
