Got on the polish binge

About a month ago I started to polish my vc and turbo but shortly gave up after there were some deep scratches that wouldn't come out so I decided to paint it and it didn't turn out as planned. So last night while Captain_Obvious and I where having a few beers decided I would give it another shot

When I first started a month or so ago



then to some paint


after last night still have many more steps to go but a lot of those deep scratches are slowly vanishing

So both parts are going to be polished?

Yeah and I might do my intercooler pipe depends on how much of a pain the pipe is going to be if not ill just paint the pipe black

Sanded the turbo but didn't spend alot of time because there are some really deep pits that i can live with, then buffed it haven't added polish yet but here's a quick pic. Valve cover pics coming soon

i have to wet sand vc with 1500 then buff but u still need to polish both.probably today ill have a pic of the valve cover
