About the cars that were of less "quality" - here's my take away.
On my way there and home, I saw quite a lot of cars sitting broken down in the emergency lane. Almost all of these were imports with out of state tags.
Mechanical difficulties appear to have kept quite a few cars away, thus saving us from having more beaters show up.
If you were the guy with the broken axle on GA20 - literally right before the track, with less than a mile to get to IA - it really sucked for you to get so close, but still be so far.....
