    Had the chance to go out to RA last weekend to take some pictures of the Chumpcar World Series. Met some really awesome people who just love to race.

    I would love to do this race. LOVE TO. Is it fairly easy to enter? I've read the details of the actual race but nothing about entry.

    This car superb, no it is the cat's pajamas!

    you can... go to the chump car website... the have a section in their forums with teams looking for drivers. There is no requirement as far as i know to drive. There were a lot of people racing who had never been on a track before. That red miata with green stripes was going like 45mph around the track at one point. Obviously someone who wasnt used to racing.

    from what i gathered talking to some guys there.... you race what you bring.. during inspection they check out the parts you have on your car.. and say you bring a GT-R they will penalize you laps. so when you start the race you are like -15 laps or something just to give you an idea.. if you bring some 80 hp civic you dont get penalized.
