Varsity Meet 2-10-13 (240ATL/Genesis/Mr2)

Hey guys.

Sunday there was a meetup downtown at the Varsity (don't know if y'all knew about it) but it was posted on 240atlanta, Genesis forums, and I think East Coast KDM but anyways here are some shots I took. This was right before the weather got nasty. The meet was cool, about 20 cars.

I'm assuming you guys are talking about my mr2....the purple one? If so, thanks it means alot. It was a restore me and my dad did together. The driver side rear quarter panel was completely crumpled when we bought it.

Some nice cars, especially the couple of MR2s! Did the Varsity people not say anything? I thought the Varsity didn't allow meets of any kind on their property after the last debacle?

To my knowledge none of the Varsity Employees complained. It happened to be a particularly busy day, so we weren't the only ones there. Honestly, we were out of the way.

Funny story: ATL Cop comes zooming up to us with his blue fuzz on, rolls down the window and says, " Hey! What are y'all doin'?" (or something similar to that) then proceeds to say " Ahhhh just messing with ya, have fun" and leaves. Soo I guess they don't care that much since it wasn't too too big of a meet.
