Which is exactly why you wheel brand whores should pull the silver dick out of your mouth. You have a hard time distinguishing the difference between "real" and "fake" wheels yet you're so adamant about being against replicas.

I like the low offset one but not so much the higher offset one. they do look good though...

when you say "wife got them for you" does that mean you picked them out and she paid for them? or did she pick them out? was this arranged between you two or?

just curious, if your wife did that on "her own".... that's awesome. Still awesome regardless..... but if she picked them out then you should double the amount of time she's allowed out of the kitchen for at least a month or two.

The fronts are lower offset then the rears its the width that is the difference.

It's kind of like her engagement ring though. We went shopping and she found the one she liked and I bought it to give to her. She'd kill me though if she knew I was comparing wheels to her engagement ring haha.

She is awesome though its taken 3 years but she is starting to understand and like cars now. She hated everything about them before but now I catch her drifting on forza 4 haha.

The only thing that sucks about your wife buying you wheels for Christmas... You are stuck with them, or pray the marriage gods are by your side if you ever sell/trade them for another set.

sure could not... actually I dont troll the forums, like I did back in the day, and did not know there was a user that used the name of bacon... I just like bacon... and it makes me go Mmm when I eat it... thus the name of Mmmm_Bacon. My previous name was 96HatchCX, but I do not any longer own a 96 Hatch CX, but I like bacon, so I changed the name. It was in no way shape or form me bowing down to your "self apparent" greatness, and just more or less had to do with something that I really enjoy, of which is Bacon.

And there is nothing wrong with owning a set of Works. However as time goes, it is normal for a car enthusiast to want to change the look of their car, and usually changing out wheels is the easiest way to do that, and it would more than likely hurt his wives feelings if he was to sell these to buy some more, as most women do not understand that wheels are material and 9/10 us, as men, are going to change the wheels of our vehicle, when we get tired of that look.

    Sincerely,

    Mmmm_Bacon.

^Those look sunny side up, but they are actually cooked solid... tasty as hell, baked in a muffin pan mmhmm.. and actually pretty healthy as the bacon is pre fried/grease drained, then wrapped in a muffin pan, egg dropped in the middle and baked.
