For mods you should cover your whole back windshield with stickers, put a tow hook in front and in the back of the car, hang a little plush toy on your back tow hook, next put a bigger wing on your car, go to walmart buy some black rustoleum and spray paint your stock rims, last but not least get a haircut. You want to street race, just drive to Buford Hwy, there is always a mexican wanting to race their POS civic, integra, neon, or focus. Have fun
