drivers ed taught me alot, and my mom probably gave me the best advice, drive defensively and watch out for the next person. took all of that in and have prevented SOOOOOO many accidents that i saw just happening in my head by watching out for the next person and someone else getting caught up in the accident. at the same time i was in 2 unfortunate accidents, none of which were my fault and only one WOULD have been avoidable had i been able to get out of the way w/ the person i KNEW was in my blind spot
