Does that Z actually say GT-R? ...lol. I wish people would just stick to one thing and accomplish it correctly first than moved to another project. So many good people to talk to and good platforms but so d@mn confused what the want to do. You got people want to combine stance, hellaflush mexiflush together. And then you have people with the worset offset & wheel combo you can imagine on a make. Than you have idiots with half a complete car paying $2 dollars to be seen, Do you want a kick to the balls with that $2 buck admission.

I wish I didn't have to close at work, and I work at Fry's so I'm right by the meet.

seems like a lot of unnecessary flaming....

Guy with the Z is from Korea/Vietnam/somewhere in there Korea I believe

And he built the car to what is the current style in Korea, on purpose, to show the differences.

Who cares what offsets wheels are? I just go to the meet to chill with people and look at the differences in cars/tastes. Maybe the people "with half a complete car" are paying to have a cool spot to hang with their friends and talk about cars?

Part of being a Car enthusiast is appreciating the work and thought that goes into a persons modified car, whether you like it or not.

Also, it appears to be the same cars every week though :/ Last month there was a Lamborghini

And then you have the haters, too. Everyone has their own style, not always copied from your magazine cars/trends... i bet if one of them "combination" stances somehow gets popular, you'd probably be the first to have a big HellaMex sticker on your window- lol.

Coming from a former Z owner(Z32), I'm still surprised he placed a GT-R badge on it. I'm familiar that the Korean/Vietnam enthusiasts scene are seriously into the GT and super GT look. So I'm surprised that he didnt put a 350GT badge, 380RS badge or some sort of SuperGT badge on it....my opinion really doesn't matter though ...but I respect him for building it from the ground. Unfortunately, like they say, "offset is everything". I'm not pointing a finger directly at this Z but many others that are not pictured above. I'm a fan of doing things 100% or the best of your abilities. Do it 100% right or if you're into stirring things do it 100% wrong. Not half @ssiin doing it right, or half @ss doing wrong. I enjoy talking to different owners at the meet but not at dumb @ss that say but don't do.

much better, dont you say? This makes you seem as more of a car enthusiast than an unnecessary hater. There's a few cars at these meets that arent necessarily my style, and THESE are the people I seek out and talk to. I ask them what they plan to do, and 99.99% of the time they respond with a TON of stuff they intend to do with the vehicle. Also the half a car (more likely 240s) usually are just obtained by the owner, or a drift toy. So who gives a shit what it looks like? ha

Not necessarily, some people just dont like the hellaflush look, which I can respect. Different strokes different folks. Also, I cant walk around assuming that everyone is lying to me. I take the people at face value since I know nothing about them, this also gives me segway to future conversations with the person "So when are you getting those spacers you were talking about, still getting those volks?" etc etc.

Got them, turned out I don't need 15mm to clear the brembos. 3mm was all I needed for the 18 x 9 +30. I'm thinking now I should of just kept my stock BBS. Well I guess you learn and keep it moving.
