Default Out with the old *new* in the the NEW *new*

So, that last thread of mine...yeah, they one with the Saab that got rave reviews... well. That deal fell through the shitter.

Took the money I was putting down on that car, and Bought this cream puff today for $2300. So far, its driving great. its an auto, but eh, I drive 100+ miles each day, in traffic.

Auto is good for traffic, plus the auto tranny in these are good, unlike the ones on the 01+ civics

Definitely a clean pickup. At least the auto trans in these don't have the reputation that they do in the 97-01 Ludes.

thanks for the comments. First off, i plan to just go through the running gear, and make sure everything is in order. after a while, ill prob put a B18c in, and throw in a 5sp tranny, but thats down the road. Def plan on lowering it a bit.. those wheel gaps just look silly big to me lol. May turn into a project car, or may sell it within a few weeks, only time will tell lol. Im always looking for the next car, so if any one is interested in trades, let me know.

deal fell through?you said it was yours. that you already "got it" ....

guess ill go post my new veyron thread....then just say the deal fell through later.

but seriously, i think you made the right choice. Its always better to opt for acash deal than a finance/lease deal.

I was going to save abot 10k and buy something pretty nice, instead i spent 3k, and got a good deal and a nice car, and the rest of the money can go towards other stuff.

The car was mine, i signed for it and put money down on it, and drove it home. Hell I even drove it to work Monday. Bank called my place of work and asked if I was 100% going to get a perm position, because I'm temp atm, and my boss couldn't give the bank a for sure answer because its not up to him, or any one els in the us office. My boss did yell him he was trying really hard to get me on, but the bank didn't think that was enough, they wanted it in writing. So, as i said, the deal fell through.
