    Default RL's G35 Detail

RL G35. He wanted me to clean it up and do what I could too it in the amount of time I had. He went with my Exterior Level 1 Package which normally is 90% average correction, but with the amount of abuse this car took at the hands of the previous owners...75% on this thing would be a HUGE difference. On top of...wet sanding or repainting is about the only cure for this car. But now at least it is glossy as hell when he rides around.

Now for the befores...once it was dropped off this was the first time I had seen it in the sun and I thought it couldnt look any worse than when I saw it under low light...

Now to note!!!! Customer was only paying for my 2-Step Package, meaning I will do as much correction as I can in two steps. This one only landed about 75% correction. Once I removed the years of neglect from the surface and the MASS amount of scratches there were so many straight line RIDS that the whole car would need too be wet sanded to get over 90% correction. This thing was terrible. Customer just wanted it to look better than it did.

Overall condition of the hood under shop lights and my LED.

Another shot of the paint before any work...

As I was doing the driver door wanted to get a good shot of the paint side by side after hitting the door with the rotary...

Took some time too also get some overall before pictures with my LED while I had the camera...

Had a good shot of the truck being able to see where I buffed too under normal overhead lighting...

Now having to really start cutting, I was down too the passenger fender as my last panel and wanted to do a good 50/50 shot. So taped up the fender and started cutting and polishing.

Then how much of a color difference this is making too the car...

Finally after finishing cutting the whole car, Smoknfastlegend had just gotten there to help me finish the car as I had another job coming in the afternoon.

It came out great! I would definitely recommend getting a detail done by Mike...it really does make the car look new again.

That really does look phenomenal. To the untrained eye- the car looked good before. Following the detail, you can see just how much of a change you made to it. PM me a price for same thing on my 04 G coupe please.

Yeah, generally I can get much better results, but with as bad as his car was, where I got it too was a huge turnaround.

Generally its not that hard to work on black, this one was never taken care of from the previous owner so it was in pretty rough shape.

is there anyway possible that you can invent something for me to achieve these results in a 3 minute drivethru car wash? That would be fantastic. Thank you.
