If I had that setup I don't think I would close my hood.

From the looks of it he wats to "slam" the car and doesn't want the Upper control arms to hit the strut towers, so he has extended them.

You can look at it and tell it's fluxcore wiring, reason to the white dog shit looking slag on it..

I'm assuming his hood will close, I'm pretty sure he does the hood spacers thing to raise it.

Daulton you shoulda hit me up, I've got a Tig welder, and then I've got my mig welder with the normal wire and gas lol. And what compression did you go with? Did you change the cams out? Go back to boost! lol

and thanks everyone but yeah the hood does close easy. they look huge in the pic really they alot smaller in person. but i made those cause they look way better than having a big hole in my shock tower. and theres hardely any bondo it's on real thin and my header hugs my oil pan awesome! only like a 1/4" clearance between the header and oil pan.

I'm pretty sure you only read the "heck ya" otherwise you wouldn't have posted that... lol

Why'd you decide procharge instead of a bigger turbo? You gotta have power to make power with a blower, and I don't see a b16 doing that lol. But in the back of my mind it's a good choice because I wanted to do that too before I got a 6262. You should come up with some sizing for the ITB box, I can make one for a lot cheaper than you can get the toda one.. lol. You're talking about the plenulum covers or whatever they're called like when you'd run ITB's on a turbo car correct?

yeah your right. but im goin procharger cause no one does it and its such a simpler and easier set up than a turbo. only thing it will be is the supercharger, piping, and bov. no oil lines cause there internal lube just gotta change it every 6000 miles. but its also instant boost so yeah it takes power to make power but thats only like 5hp. its like turning a ac compressor but as soon as it turns theres boost so itll provide back more in return. get what im sayin lol

Oh yeah I know what you're saying I did a lot of research on it. I really wanted to go specifically procharger also lol. I just wanted more power than I could get out of it:/ I really really wanted too. It'd been cheaper too at the time I found a complete kit used for $1200... lol. Still kinda wish I got it. When you get it done let me know for sure, I want a ride in it! I'm gonna take mine and get it tuned next week sometime. Then fight traction issues, which is gonna be something you're gonna have bad I'd assume lol. Look into MFactory's LSD that's what I have and it's a badass LSD.

i dont like the way the vortec is set up. also heard a bunch of reviews that if you change the pulley out to build more than 15 lbs of boost itll spin the charger bearings out
