ok everybody about the smoke so we can go ahead and get this settled i don't have a cat or resonator so my car does smoke at high rpm i have done compression test and it read at 160 to 180 all the way across so my motor is not bad this car is daily driven not trailer ridden
Nice car man, I don't see the big deal about a lil blue smoke. It became a big deal because that automatically gave someone a reason to bitch about it being a Honda. leak down test it then gloat about it being healthy. If i remeber correctly gsr's are supost to be around 210psi

I dont have a cat, nor a resonator.. 3" exhaust all the way back to a N1 style muffler. No smoking...
All i know is the car has good compression
my old hatch didnt. i know a lot do but for some reason mine never blew any blue smoke. maybe a little black but no blue.

Since i was the first to comment ill just say I was only inquiring about the smoke. Not much to hate on about smoke coming from the exhaust shit i can make any car smoke from 50 different locations in that case. The civic is clean in terms of what is seen on most roads lately.
