Default Installed the latest piece to my puzzle today...

Been wanting one of these for a while, but waiting for one to show up for sale and at a price I liked, was like the proverbial needle-in-a-haystack. I came across a dude with a used one in working order for sale at a price I could work with and snagged it.

It is a factory Jeco clock for the 1st generation Civic. Mounts in the dash in front of the passenger seat. These ONLY came in JDM Civics. No Australian, no European and no American markets had these as even an option. It even tells the time in English, which is cool for me because I don't know Japanese time.

Here it is as I got it (pre-cleaning). Later, QD.

That's why the "pre-cleaning" in parenthesis, lolol. I'm awaiting instructions on how to pull it apart so I can.

With all these super hardcore JDM guys, I thought I was the only one that couldn't read time in Japanese.

Someone needs an underdash panel. It's not too much of a pain in the ass to look all the way over there to see the time?

The dash is curved and the way the housing is made on the clock, it kind of tilts towards the driver side. Later, QD.

awesome find! looks great installed. Is that a crack in your windshield on the passenger side or am I just seeing a tree branch or something through the glass?
