It has nothing to do with if its going to break its going to break . Its knowing that your shit is right and as soon as it cranks up its broken in . Tell me what you think 500 miles is really going to do on a motor ? If you have a bearing thats a little tight yea it might help it out and stop failure but thats easily fixed dont have a bearing to tight . How many honda si or nsx do you think have come back because some fool bought it went strait out and raced it ? Id be willing to bet none and if it did break it would have broke if my grandma drove it nothing to do with beating on it .

Im sure when they sell a performance car for 80,000 dollars that they make sure its ready to be beat on before it ever hits the roads period . if it wasnt it would have a sticker that says put 500 miles on before reving past 5,000 rpms lol and they dont . My point stop trying to make somebody look stupid when you have no idea what the hell your talking about . I do break my cars in tunning them on the dyno but when i build somebody else a motor i tell them to put 500 miles on it . Is it because im scared the motor will blow if they dont no . Its because im human and if there is a oil leak or something it can be fixed before something gets hurt . Has nothing to do with breaking in the motor .
