Says nothing about stock and there are a SHIT TON more modded Civics than Saturns, in turn I HIGHLY doubt your statement.

I didn't say modded either, although bolt on for bolt on I am willing to bet the Saturn still wins. There are more Civics because Civics were on the F&F. lol Plus it's just what's modded, mod outside the box and you get laughed at, we all know most "tuner kids" just want to fit in.
Saturns also have rich road racing history beating many Honda products including winning the World Challenge manufacturer championship in class beating the Type Rs.
They are still raced today as well:
