Default ATTENTION ALL EVO OWNERS CHECK THIS THREAD

whats up guys and girls of I.A. i recently purchased a evolution back in august last year with hopes of totally customizing everything. i have wanted to own a evo since i first saw one back in 95 in germany when i was 6 lol, and i finally got one paid cash money for it and have loved and cherished it . but 3 months ago i had my first child so most of my funds go to my baby girl but now im getting extra money so i can continue my build for my other baby lol. i've been on lancershop.com for the past month ordering stuff for my car but now i need some more ideas and some comments from other people about my car and if anyone else has an evo i wanna seee pics cuz i love seeing evos i absolutely AM OBSESSED WITH THIS CAR so everybody post them up for a fellow comrad

there are a couple of things different now like the front bumper is now a stock one and the wheels are cream white and its getting a 2inch tuck all the way around next week maybe. but i really want some opinions from you guys and to see some other evos so i can get some ideas

here are some new pics of my baby girl its not in the best condition but sue me cuz i spend more onmy newborn than on my car..but its geeting there, so far i got a new bumper finished up my wheels and got a carbon fiber lip and trunk and some new goodies under le hood and i need someone to paint it asap if anyone paints or knows someone to hook me up give me a call

Too bad you didn't get the 1995 Evo. Best looking ones out there. Why not just GOOGLE pics of your car? Or, better yet, make your car a product of YOU and not of everyone else and their opinions?

    That's my opinion. Later, QD.

Good to hear that you got rid of that hideous fucking front bumper. Now to slap yourself for painting the wheels cream white.

Two inch tuck.....are you gonna "stance works" this car? If so...I will save you the effort and slap you myself.

    Classic friendly Import Atlanta welcome.

Granted, it's nice to build your own car, but some quick thoughts. A 2 inch drop is overkill. Instead of worrying about how low it is, I'd recommend doing some searching on some Evo forums and finding a good suspension setup that will improve handling AND looks. Nothing is sexier on a car than performance. +1 on getting rid of that front bumper. -1 on cream wheels.

Of course that is all just my opinion.

This wasn't a welcome thread. The OP, as far as I know, is a cool dude and has been a member for a few years now. And my comment stands true. Everyone he asks is going to tell him to slam his car and get crazy wheels with stretch. Later, QD.

thats my favorite one as well but i dont have patience to register it and knowing my luck there is always something that will go wrong with the tag office lol. and the only reason i painted the wheels cuz i painted one to see what it would look like and it looked good to me but its only till i get some ccw's real soon and im thinking about tein full suspension setup next week but after that im going for all reliability first before i start building the motor but all comment are taken into consideration thanks to everyone

Good, good, good, really good. I was kinda worried about this beautiful car based on ur first post, but it seems as tho, your taste significantly improved b/w then and now. i think you'll be fine.

P.S don't try to model ur car after any on Google, (it's full of rice)

yeah i take care of this car jus like my 3month old, i got a daily and i am not really into racing as much since i got out of hondas but i really want this car to be perfect if i feel like driving across the us or just to the store i am going first for some basic stuff and then the drive train (tre racing tranny, transfer case, and rear end)
i've been giving it aLOT of thought of what to do but still i come back to doing the tranny and stuff first lol...

Ah, touche. The name looked familiar, I just mistook "rep power" for "posts" at first glance.

Do you still have black front bumper? I think I was next to you in traffic last week, anyways.

Join Evom.net and get a lot of ideas from there. I think you should get the IX front bumper first, Intake, ARP headstuds, full exhaust no cat, tune. You can have a lot of fun with EVO's with few bolt ons.

Why did you paint the wheels white, then not clean them? Should've left them brake dust grey.
