I picked it up almost a month ago and figured I would make a continuing progression thread for it.. It is an imported RHD Del Sol Si-R. here goes...



Day 1
I bought the car and first thing I did when I got it home was take a ton of pictures.. Here is what it looked liked when I got it..

Some (not so) SUPER Sweet 13x8 NEGATIVE 15 offset aero racing wheels!!

Cool CRX steering wheel with no bezel


Even Cooler Purple Engine Bay w/ LS swap (original B16a was blown)

Night 1
After taking pictures, I took the sol to the local car wash and did a full detail on the car.. Also threw on some new wheels for the time being...








Later...

Now its been about a month and Ive done bunches of little things to help improve the car (IMO)


I dropped the motor and brake lines and painted the engine bay white.. Also stripped and polished the valve cover


Got some new enkei meshes for it.. (which are for sale/trade)


Got a new steering wheel and bezel (temporary until i can find/afford an Si-R steering wheel)


Stripped the Gas Tank Cover and letting it Rust


Got a new G'Reddy SP2 exhaust, ASR subframe brace and sway bar, PIC LCA's, and Password JDM towhooks!!


Picked up some Front and Rear Camber Kits then headed up to the dealership to get my Camber/Caster/Toe Alignment.. Ash7 met up with me

6th and FINAL set of new wheels











I'll keep this thread going for as long as i have the car, and add when i make updates.. as far as PLANS for the car, i want to get everything BACK to being the Si-R. I have an Si-R motor at home I am going to rebuild. Get the Si-R steering wheel.. and the car was originally black, so I would also like to get it painted black again..
