    Default D16 Build. 98 Civic Cx

    I'm starting a new thread because my old one no longer applies. But just to give you a little background info...... i got the car around 16 months ago and I had a lot of set backs, and I will show you all the old pics all the way up until the way it sits today. Starting with the bottom end rebuild in march of 2010

    Last years disaster. I didnt install my catch can in time and had a small setback, lol..... pics

    pulled the motor.... and u can see what i see! lol

    ..... then some red lug nuts because i was gonna do these wheels and a red beaks bar, but i sold the nuts too and changed my plan again....LOL

    here's some pictures of the turbo before i rebuilt it..... my original drain was not big enough so i messed up the seals. and i upgraded my drain now..... heres all the pics of the turbo. before rebuild and after......

    clutch was slipping on JJ's dyno so I had to upgrade.....

    small update. more 2 come soon........... out with the old spec 6 puck in w/ the competition clutch stage 5 ......4 puck

    What are you plaaning for as far as engine management? and why was the waste gate blocked off on the ebay cast mani?

    I'll probably be on crome until i sleeve a bottom end and do d2b conversion......... but 4 now i'll stick w/ crome pro........ and the wastegate was blocked off on my old ebay manifold because my turbo was built w/ a internal wastagate...... no need for external for my old power goals IMO, and it looks a little less congested......
