    How much did you cringe when you had to drill the holes in the fender/quarter panel? I know I did a little....the second time around, I used double-sided body trim tape for those on my 02'. Looks good....now time for some suspension!

    Yeah u was a little sketched about that but it came out really well. Just no going back haha. And yeah I'm looking at suspension next. Either that or a roll bar. Found a used but like new boss frog dual hoop style like yours that's going for 180 that I wanna jump on if I can get the funds together.

    update.


    Sold the panasports. I decided 14's weren't big enough for my taste, and also, they're 8lb wheels. my car will see autocross when i can but i'd like to see them used for what they were made for.

    used the money for something else...
    it's in the mail now

    there should be a BIG box at my door hopefully tomorrow, if not monday or tuesday.


    I'm looking for a new job now that schools out and i can work full time, so i'd like to be able to have some wheels and coil overs by summer's end.

    everywhere i've seen the ultralights are 8lbs. the 15s may be 11 idk.

    This was abandoned on my door step by some asshole in a big white truck Friday. I decided to take it in and give it a good home.


    I also ordered some cheap-o coilovers (read: Racelands) so I can have MOAR LOW. They're just temporary until I save up for some Teins or something.
    I had a couple good days at work so I figured I'd pick them up to get rid of the monster truck status.
    YAY DROPPED ON STOCKERS.

    feel free to rag on me for buying Racelands. I know they're shit, but like I said, they're temporary.


    also, fedex sucks. I woke up to a voicemail asking them to call and verify my address because it "didn't exist" so I called and verified it, then tracked the package on their website. It said it had been delivered so I walk outside and there it is. wtf?

    When I saw those wheels i'd abandoned hope for this thread, but then i saw the roll bar/cage and that you had sold the wheels, now i'm interested. I say go with black wheels, it'll make the green pop more

    however i just put my coilovers on today and did the roll bar wednesday.

    i'll put up some new pics soon if you guys wanna play around with those.


    The miata rides great. I'm actually impressed with the Racelands. but that might have something to do with the fact that i had zero expectations to begin with. but either way, they feel good, ride well, and the handling is much better than stock.

    Finally got it titled. I drove it for about 5 months before I had some serious fuel delivery issues. So it got parked and started to be swapped. Up until recent I had no money in the car, but I need some cash to finish it and right now I have more important things to handle, so it will wait.
