Well it's not like any of that matters anyways. Not why I made the thread.

Could be that they changed it after 03. That's what the wife's cavlier is, but now it's got an 05 motor in it so now I'm much more hopeful.

And before everyone goes and flips shit about it being an automatic I can and have chirped into second when I adjusted my line pressure (not that that says much) but due to the damage that does to the transmission I have it set at stock line pressure. I do have a shift kit as well, so an automatic for me I guess is alright until I get out of college so I can get a 5 speed,(which hopefully I will be done with this car and have a cressida or a talon or something else in addition to this). Right now I'm roughly 500$ away from having a stock cobalt turbo kit. 260hp 2800lbs isnt bad for a saturn. And surprisingly its still a fun car to drive albeit a 4 door fwd automatic.

They may be different from year to year. My engine specifically was not difficult to me. Of course I have done timing belts so maybe that helped. I'm not trying to disprove you just saying I found it an easy change for a timing chain.
There is no way you are from Dahlonega with that grammar lol! Are you just there for college?

That shit looks really good man. Drop it just a tad more and you will have the cleanest Saturn I've seen. Keep up the good work!
