    i've gotten over 5 sets of ebay coil overs. the bouncy comes from dead shocks.
    im ridding on ebays on my hatch right now. 1 bounce and thats it

    lmao! no bounce on ebay coilovers? youll eventually blow your shocks maybe within a week of the coilovers installed. Then after that your "ass" is done with.

    stock shocks are meant to ride at a certain height. as long as you dont bottom them out the shock, you wont blow them. yes lower will decrease the shocks life but again, its a stock shock, they are cheap.
    i've been riding on the ones on my hatch over 6 months. my ex over 8 months and my old eclipse over 1 1/2 year and the car weight 3200 pound. i never slam the car, my hatch is riding about 2 inch to 2 1/2 inch drop. shocks never blew on me.
    again, blowing shocks have nothing to do with *ebay* coil overs, its the shock. aftermarkets are made for riding low.

    i have a skunk 2 set up. coils and struts for 400. they have less then 5k miles on them.
