Congrats Jeremy!! Just so ya'll know, this isn't a Grand National, but the Buick Regal T-type. I should know and I know I'm telling my age by saying this, but I almost convinced my parents to get me a T-Type back in the day when I was a teenager, haha. The Grand National wasn't affordable due to insurance, but somehow the T-Type slid in under the radar because it was a Grand National without the GN interior, black paint, and wheels, but it had all the important parts, ie the turbo motor and other mechanical goodies. Man, I've always wanted one of these or the Grand National, or dare I say it, the mac daddy GNX!!! Can't wait to see what a monster you make this Jeremy.
...
ok, just so yall know this is not a t-type. The t-type came out in 1986 and this is an 87 making this a turbo t which out the box makes 10hp stock than the previous year. But going into a long explination when i am just showing pics of the car seemed like an overkill but since you made me then there it is. And for the record the turbo t is a more rare car than the grand national. The car will be a handful when i am finish. I will keep everyone updated. Thanks for the compliment too.
beaautiful car man, I absolutely love these along with the 87 monte carlo SS. Grand National are hella expensive nowadays, well over 10k I believe.
Is this Greg Chupp old T-Type? The GNX Grand National is the rarest of them all....
This is true, unfortunately. Anyone lucky enough to get there hands on one put it right into storage in most cases!! Thanks for the clarification on the Turbo-T and T-Type. I only knew about the T-Type because that was the year I almost got one, and never knew about the Turbo-T after my dreams were dashed.
OH MY, YES! Love this car!

Such great cars, looks real good. My uncle has one he did a lil work to 12.0's in the 1/4 all day and daily driven.
Work in progressneed slicks!
There was a guy back in the day who had a GN. He used to come into the hardware store i worked at. He owned a mansonry business and had this car completely built. Probably wasn't street legal with the m/t slicks on it but that was by far the fastest car i have ever had a ride in.
