apparently this moron thinks a stock 528i is hard to beat, my car had the same output minus 1 ft/lb of torque but, mine is 400-500 lbs lighter. learn your cars

Hey before this gets out of hand for no reason, i'm gonna help you out. Delete your last post and don't argue w/ senior members, you're not gonna win. There is a no bashing policy, but it's pretty lenient on older members and more so for the n00bs. You'll find a lot of trolls on here, some people who try to help, but word it harshly and some people who just like to point and laugh. Just drive it (lower it) and be happy

i don't care if they are senior members or not, if you don't use your brain i won't put up with it. 528i weighs 3500 lbs the Maxima weighs around 3000 lbs both engines put out the same power the Maxima can take the BMW all day. And im not lowering it cause i'd need a cane just to get my fat ass out of the car.

Can't lower it yet cause my driveway is too steep and in high school there just isn't alot of money or time to take apart my dailey driver till the Javelin is all buttoned up. Rims yeah, as soon as i can afford new ones; mine were pulled from a salvage yard but, they're better than the plastic hubcaps it originally had.

a stock 528i IS easy to beat, especially if your car weighs 500 pounds less. what point are you trying to make?

    EDIT: just found the 1/4 time of a 528i - 15.3
I wont say thats sluggish but its definitely "easy to beat".

i'm sure a mild 2" drop would suffice. there are a few good maxima owners in GA that would help you out on the install, doesnt take but a few hours.

Yeah, apparently you can't read the part about not being able to make alot of money. And the part about my driveway being too steep, see bottoming out the car and tearing up the body on the pavement isn't a smart choice.
