yeah that was the biggest obstacle installing everything, the headlights rest on top of it even after i spaced it down about 1.5". popups definitely leave more room for a bigass intercooler but with some more engineering this one will fit fine.

if i'd found someone with a straight frontend to buy at a reasonable price, then i would have bought it... but everyone was selling crap. these body panels are all straight other than 2 slight dings in the hood.
this is what the frontend will hopefully look like when i get the pieces i want
